Freaky Friday Layout...

So here is my take on the Freaky Friday Challenge this week...I missed my natural lighting for taking the pic of my layout, in person it is much more vibrant purple. I used scrap paper and cardstock from my box, random buttons left over from a kit, and luckily had the right letters left over on a sheet of thickers from previous layouts. Inked everything with chalk ink, LOOOOVE my chalk inks! Don't forget you have until thursday to show me what you made with your "leftovers"! Have a scrappy good time!

TGIF!

It is Friday and feeling relief here! Been a long week with Dr. appointments and illnesses. Through it all, I am so excited to scrap tomorrow because guess what today is? Freaky Friday! If you haven't already gone over and signed up with AC Bailey's forum and gallery, now is the time! The theme of November is Thanksgiving...and along with Thanksgiving comes leftovers, so go through your stash of stuff, patterned paper, card stock, ribbon, die cuts and stickers, use anything you want as long as it is a left over from another project! Send me a copy of your layout and you will go into a random drawing for a prize! Post it in AC Bailey's Gallery under Freaky Friday Challenge and be eligible to win a prize from there too! I will post my creation tomorrow. Have a scrappy day!

Freaky Friday!

TGIF! Guess what that means??? Time for AC Bailey's Freaky Friday Challenge! Here are the rules:

Thinking about your heritage or cultural background, do a layout about a food, dress or tradition that has been handed down from one generation to the next in your family.

If you haven't already joined the AC Bailey forum, join now and upload your creation to our gallery for a chance to win a prize!

My layout is about two of my favorite things...my mom and her apple crumb pie! I used Thickers for the first time ever on this project and have to say....I think I am in LOVE!
